Duties * Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. * Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each client's needs. * Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both customer expectations and dealership goals. * Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure accurate product availability information. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently. * Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients both in person and over the phone. * Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new customers. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. * Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and improving overall dealership performance. Requirements * Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry preferred. * Demonstrated ability in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales processes effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. * Experience with outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and lead generation is preferred. * Knowledge of retail math, dealership operations, inventory control, and automotive product knowledge is advantageous. * Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations and represent the dealership professionally at events. * Outstanding customer service skills paired with phone etiquette that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
