Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EBike Technician - Store Manager & Sale Associate to lead our store operations in Fairfax County, Herndon, Virginia and/or Loudoun County, Leesburg, Virginia. This role combines technical expertise with retail sales and management skills, requiring a proactive leader who can deliver exceptional customer service, oversee daily store functions, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for electric bikes and sustainable transportation. Responsibilities * Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling * Lead and supervise staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure team productivity and excellent customer service * Oversee sales activities, including product demonstrations, upselling, and achieving sales targets * Maintain inventory levels through purchasing, stock management, merchandising, and stock replenishment * Conduct technical repairs and maintenance on EBikes, EScooters and EMoto's, ensuring safety standards and quality control * Develop marketing strategies to promote products and increase store visibility within the community * Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone etiquette and in-person interactions * Manage POS systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and administrative duties related to store management * Coordinate employee orientation, interviewing potential hires, and participating in recruiting efforts * Monitor store performance metrics such as retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and budget adherence * Communicate with manufacturers regarding warran es, repair guidance, and replacement parts * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment at all mes Skills * Strong leadership with supervisory experience in retail or store management * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, merchandising, and retail math * Sound knowledge of electric bikes , electric scooters and electric motorcycles or technical repair skills for troubleshooting issues * Experience in marketing, promotional activities, and customer service excellence * Ability to manage time effectively across shift management duties while maintaining organizational skills * Competence in payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks * Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and foster a team-oriented environment * Prior retail sales experience, preferable in a bike shop setting advantageous * Have a valid driver's license and reliable transporta on to and from the shop * Comfortable learning and working with new technology Physical Requirements * Ability to li and maneuver electric bikes, scooters, and equipment (up to approximately 70-100 pounds) * Ability to stand for extended periods, with occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, or sitting * Ability to work weekends, flexible and seasonal hours as business needs require This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to combine technical expertise with leadership responsibilities in a growing industry.
