Somerville Co. is actively seeking an individual with unparalleled talent to join our Sales and Management training program. Through this PAID program, you will learn the entire Thos. Somerville Co. business model and how we operate at every level of our company from warehousing and distribution to sales and management all while earning a salary. If ever in doubt, your assigned mentor is just a phone call away at any point during the program. By the end of the program, you will be able to:

• Make timely and effective decisions that drive the supply chain process
• Speak knowledgeably about all of the products and technical specs within our inventory offering
• Navigate through our sophisticated sales process with ease and confidence
• Integrate all of these fundamentals to best meet the needs of our diverse customer base and maintain repeat business
• The purpose is to prepare you to become a trailblazer in sales and management in one of the markets we serve, which covers Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Washington DC. Though robust, our market share within these regions has every opportunity for growth with stellar performers such as you on our team.
