We are a growing brokerage firm focused on final expense life insurance based out of Greensboro, NC. Our mission is to help families across the country secure peace of mind by offering affordable final expense insurance solutions --all from the comfort of their homes. We specialize in telesales and are looking for strong closers to join our high-performance sales team. If you have the drive to succeed and are ready to earn uncapped income, we want to talk to you. We want to emphasize that you DO NOT have to be a licensed life insurance agent for this position. If you have an active life license or are willing to obtain one, we are willing to assist in that for opportunities at higher pay rates. What We Provide: Leads provided daily - no cold calling Base pay + aggressive commissions Ongoing mentorship and support Access to top final expense carriers Proven and simple sales process What You'll Do: * Take inbound and make outbound sales calls with pre-qualified leads. (Provided by agency) * No Cold Calling, No door to door. * Guide customers through our simplified final expense insurance options * Build rapport and trust to close sales in one-call * Maintain compliance with industry standards and agency procedures * Meet and exceed daily/weekly production goals What We're Looking For: * Experience in telesales or phone-based closing preferred * Final expense/life insurance experience a plus (but not required) * Experience in the death care industry * Strong communication and people skills * Self-motivated and coachable attitude * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Schedule: * Monday - Friday * 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST * Some flexibility available after onboarding * This is NOT a remote position; our agents will be expected to work in-person at our office daily.
