Sales Representative - In-Home Bath Remodeling ShowerCrafts is expanding, and we're searching for a confident closer who enjoys guiding homeowners through a consultative buying experience. This role is ideal for someone who excels face-to-face, listens well, and can drive a one-call-close sale with professionalism and warmth. All appointments are set for you -- no cold outreach. Role Responsibilities * Meet with homeowners at scheduled, qualified appointments * Evaluate their bathroom remodel goals and recommend solutions * Deliver a structured presentation designed for same-day decisions * Take accurate measurements and document project details * Build quotes through our CRM and quoting platform * Keep communication open with customers and coordinate next steps with production Who Thrives Here * Proven background in in-home sales (bath/shower experience strongly preferred) * Confident closer with a consultative mindset * Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available * Professional, polished, and strong in both verbal and written communication * Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license * Self-motivated with strong personal standards Earnings & Perks * Commission-only position with typical annual income of $100K-$150K+ * Direct deposit paid weekly * Consistent flow of qualified, preset appointments * Product and sales training provided * Strong team support and opportunities as we continue to scale in Tampa Bay Service Area Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, and nearby ZIP codes.
