Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented workers for VARIOUS positions within our company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and operational functions by managing customer relationships, facilitating business development, and ensuring efficient office operations. We are searching for confident people who are interested in office work, field work as a technician and summer sales. Responsibilities * Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. * Assist in upselling additional products or services based on customer needs. * Provide support for inside sales initiatives while also contributing to outside sales efforts as needed. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market analysis. * Other job responsiblities may include, treating the homes of our clients, office work, customer care, D2D sales. Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business development strategies. * Experience in conducting product demos and providing training on products or services. * Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Previous experience in territory sales or management is preferred but not required. * Experience in an office environment Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
