B2B Sales Representative - Front Runner Outfitters (Dometic Vehicle Outfitters) Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. Under the Dometic Vehicle Outfitters (DVO) business unit, Front Runner Outfitters is the brand focused on premium vehicle outfitting and overlanding solutions. We are on a journey of continuous growth and are now looking for our next star - a passionate Account Manager B2B to help drive the next phase of our DVO Commercial B2B Team and evolution. This position reports in the interim to the General Manager, Dometic Vehicle Outfitters (U.S.) until the Senior Sales Manager role is filled and is a field-based role with significant travel across the assigned territory. About the position As an Account Manager B2B within the DVO Commercial organization , you will play a key role in transforming how Front Runner Dometic engages with its dealer and distributor network. This role goes beyond transactional order fulfillment and focuses on building forward-looking, long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with accounts on sales planning, forecasting, and joint go-to-market activations, while aligning internally with marketing, demand planning, and supply chain to ensure successful execution. Your main responsibilities * Manage and grow dealer and distributor relationships across the assigned territory. * Develop new business opportunities by identifying and onboarding partners aligned with the Front Runner brand. * Collaborate with accounts on open-to-buy planning, forecasting, and forward order commitments. * Manage purchase orders, prepare quotes, and handle all order-related inquiries from submission through fulfillment. * Work cross-functionally with demand planning and supply chain to ensure product availability in full and on time. * Partner with marketing to execute synchronized go-to-market launches, campaigns, and dealer activations. * Drive category growth across roof racks, storage solutions, and off-road accessories. * Provide product training, presentations, and joint business planning with dealers. * Represent Front Runner at industry and consumer trade shows, dealer events, and activations. * Track sales performance, pipeline activity, forecasts, and market insights, and report regularly to leadership. Travel & Field Expectations This is a highly field-oriented role. The Account Manager B2B is expected to travel up to 40% of the time, including weekends. Presence at industry and consumer trade shows, dealer events, and brand activations is mandatory. Flexibility in working hours is required to support event schedules and dealer needs - even on weekends. What do we offer?
