It is true that in this industry there are sales representatives that make WELL OVER $250k annually. However, most make between $65-$90k. * We are looking for TOP PROFESSIONALS who pride themselves on their INTEGRITY above all else- we DO NOT offer clients products that they do not need. * ERGO- Quality and professionality of service MUST come before your desire to earn. * THAT said... once you learn this business and devote yourself to the work, upwards of $150k is PROBABLE. * MUST be self-motivated/ self-starter * MUST be willing to work evenings and weekends (many, not all) * MUST be hungry to HELP clients, not just "win" them. * INEXPERIENCED applicants WILL BE CONSIDERED if you can meet our integrity and motivation standards and are truly TRAINABLE. * Some sales are old-fashioned door-to-door. Most highly effective salespersons incorporate this method. * There are a minimum of 3 of these positions available . An operating (conducts sales also) sales manager position is also available. Different compensation metric. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in business development , manage accounts , and drive B2B sales across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence through strategic territory management and lead generation, utilizing advanced CRM tools to optimize sales processes. This position provides a platform for professional growth in sales management , marketing , and technology sales. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territories through territory management and lead generation. * Conduct cold calling , product demos, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our solutions and value propositions. * Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer service , retention, and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue. * Identify new business opportunities via market analysis , networking, and prospecting efforts in both inside sales and outside sales environments. * Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales activity accurately. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives. * Negotiate contracts and close deals by demonstrating product value and addressing client objections effectively. * Provide feedback from clients to help refine products, services, and marketing strategies. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales , with a focus on technology sales , product demos , or related fields preferred. * Strong background in management , account management , or territory management roles. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for building client relationships. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; strong analysis skills for interpreting sales data. * Ability to perform cold calling , conduct presentations, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset; capable of working independently or as part of a team. * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer acquisition is advantageous. * Prior experience in retail sales or direct sales is a plus but not required.
