Event Sales Manager, Georgetown, DC * Base Salary: Up to $65K for top performers * Commission: 2% minimum, tiered quarterly (can increase based on sales performance) * Bonus: Quarterly, based on team/group success * Total Comp: Up to $95,000+ What You 'll Be Doing * Drive $1M-$1.7M+ in annual event sales, depending on location * Sell and manage a wide range of events: corporate events, social gatherings, mitzvahs, weddings, and more * Partner with Directors and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution * Greet hosts on event days, oversee execution, and ensure a smooth guest experience * Build strong client relationships and manage the full sales cycle * Collaborate within a high-performing, team-oriented sales environment Schedule & Perks * Monday-Friday schedule (8-5 or 9-6) * Occasional weekend event coverage (with a comp day given the following week) * One work-from-home day per week * Weekly salary pay + monthly commission payouts * Clear growth path within a rapidly expanding brand What We Are Looking For: * Event sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, or hotel-style environments * Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills * Comfortable managing high-volume, high-revenue events * Backgrounds from hotels or concepts such as entertainment venues, bowling, gaming, or large-format social dining are highly welcome.
