Sales Representative This is what we offer: * Long-term and secure employment with one of the fastest growing global companies. * A digital working world in which new tools and systems are used quickly and pragmatically. * Performance-related commission pay with a competitive base salary * Excellent benefits including 20+ days of PTO, Benefits and 401K * Further training opportunities * Strong team environment * a varied and interesting job * And much more Duties: * Strong component of the company's growth by selling products and services of a large job search engine to customers across the US. * You get to know potential customers in phone calls, emails and via social media and build long-term relationships. * Presenting the products of our partner company by telephone, webinar and live on site at the customer's premises. * Work closely with our consulting team and support the customer throughout their entire collaboration with us. * You will help build up a sales structure - this means that initiative and creative ideas are required. * Provide suggestions and improvements to implemented at lightning speed at Curato, with short decision-making processes. Your background: * Relevant experience in consulting-oriented sales with a focus on up- & cross-selling * You are interested in constantly acquiring new knowledge in the field of recruiting and passing it on to our customers. * You always act in a customer-oriented manner and are transparent in your communication * You are reliable and work in a structured manner * Experience in the use of online CRM systems. * You are a strong communicator in English and German would be a plus. Base Salary: $40-60K DOE with realistic on target earnings $100K-150K first year.
