Sales & Account Manager - Lawn Care & Pest Services $60,000 - $90,000+ OTE | Base + Commission Decatur, AL | Full-Time Superior Lawn Care

• Why This Role Superior Lawn Care is hiring a driven Sales & Account Manager to grow residential and commercial accounts across lawn care, pest control, termite, and mosquito services. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong earning potential and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Grow revenue across multiple home service lines
• Lead, coach, and support sales staff and techs involved in sales
• Manage high-value leads, commercial bids, and negotiations
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
• Track pipeline, close rates, and performance metrics
• Partner with marketing on promotions and lead generation
• Ensure smooth handoff from sales to operations
• Support customer retention, upsells, and cross-sells What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of sales or account management experience
• Service-based industry experience preferred
• Proven track record of hitting sales goals
• Comfortable in the field and the office
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
• CRM experience and basic reporting skills
