About Medcem & Novada Cement Florida Novada Cement Florida is a subsidiary of Medcem, the largest cement exporter in Turkey, supplying close to 3 million tons of cement and fly ash to the US market each year. In Florida, we are investing in a new clinker grinding plant where we will produce cement and ship it by trucks and, in time, also by railcars and barges. This facility is the first step in our broader U.S. growth strategy, which includes the potential development of additional storage and distribution facilities, both connected to this production unit and at separate locations. We are looking for a Sales Lead who can take the commercial side forward -- develop customers, grow revenue and help establish Novada as a reliable supplier in the region. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility in a lean team. Even though this is a major investment, you should expect it to feel like a start-up at times: long days, constant problem-solving and the other hurdles of market penetration. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to define and execute the sales strategy, coordinate the regional sales organization, and lead regional sales supervisors for our facility located in Port Manatee, Florida. This role is responsible for overall sales performance, strategic customer relationships, and the achievement of regional sales targets. Key Responsabilities * Lead and coordinate the regional sales organization and regional sales supervisors * Develop and implement sales strategies, targets, and budgets * Monitor and improve the performance of regional sales supervisors * Manage strategic relationships with key and potential customers * Identify new market and customer opportunities to grow sales volume * Oversee and approve pricing, quotations, and contract processes * Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and operations teams * Analyze market conditions, competition, and customer needs * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regional performance analyses * Drive actions to improve customer satisfaction and company profitability * Ensure all sales activities comply with company commercial and ethical standards Required Qualifications * Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or B2B sales * Sales experience in cement, building materials, or heavy industrial sectors * Proven experience managing regional sales teams or sales supervisors * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills * Strategic mindset with a strong results-oriented approach * Solid experience in customer relationship management and business development * Strong reporting, analysis, and planning skills * Willingness to travel and work in the field as required Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing multi-region sales organizations * Experience structuring and improving sales processes Work Environment * Full-time , on-site position * Regional travel and customer visits required * Based in Port Manatee, Florida Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
