Company Description Since 1998, Worthington Aviation has been supplying spare parts, repair programs, and aircraft maintenance services to the global aviation community. Worthington provides a globally networked infrastructure and 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support, ensuring fast delivery of spare parts and services. With locations in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, Worthington supports three aviation segments: commercial, regional, and corporate/business aviation. As a Stratus Aero Partners company, Worthington offers a comprehensive range of services, including composite aircraft structures, repair, and support services designed to meet the needs of complex aviation operations. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, Turboprop and Business Aircraft, located on-site in Eagan, MN. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Key tasks include achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver superior service. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management and strategic sales planning * In-depth knowledge of turboprop and business aircraft markets * Established customer network in Saab, Fairchild, ATR, DeHavilland, Gulfstream and Textron aircraft highly desired * 5-10+ years aviation sales experience required * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools. Component Control Quantum experience highly preferred * Travel 10-20% may be required * Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial * Specialize in Older golf-stream G100 and G250 Airplanes and Jet turbo sales
