About the Role: Our client, a respected member of a national HVAC services group , is expanding their team of Direct Sales Canvassers. In this role, you'll work inside major home improvement retail stores, engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy efficiency solutions. Your primary goal will be to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with part-time and full-time options available. Schedule: Flexible -- Ideal hours are Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, up to 40 hours per week. Job requirements * Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers * Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus * Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift * Reliable transportation to/from assigned store * Minimum age: 18 years * Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required) * Clean, professional appearance to represent the client's brand * Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings * Must pass background check and drug screening Should you excel an offer of permanent employment will be offered which includes all company benefits include the opportunity to advance within the company into sales advisor roles.
