Educo Texas, a strategic business consulting and sales enterprise, is seeking AT&T Sales Representatives to join our Austin-based D2D campaign. In this role, you will assist residential customers with service inquiries, guide them through plan selection, and ensure accurate account setup in alignment with AT&T's standards. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will guide residential customers through fiber and wireless service options, provide accurate product information, and assist with service enrollments and account management. You'll contribute to a high-performing team focused on growing AT&T's customer base while maintaining the professional standards of a corporate sales and business consulting firm.
Essential Functions
of the AT &T Sales Representative Role
- Respond to residential customer inquiries regarding AT&T fiber and wireless services, ensuring clear, accurate, and brand-consistent communication.
- Assist with service enrollments, plan upgrades, and account setup while maintaining precise records in company systems.
- Present AT&T product information in a professional manner that aligns with campaign standards and Educo Texas' consulting objectives.
- Monitor outreach activity, track enrollment progress, and report performance metrics to campaign leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals, share insights, and support continuous improvement across outreach efforts.
- Uphold a polished, solutions-focused approach in all customer interactions, contributing to the overall success of AT&T's D2D initiative. Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Sales Representative Role
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Up to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or telecommunications is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged.

Overview
:
- Job Location: Austin, TX - AT&T Sales Representatives will report to our Austin office location daily. Sales are conducted in person within residential neighborhoods, engaging directly with homeowners and residents. This is not a remote position.
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Client & Products/Services: Partnered with AT&T to promote and enroll customers in their new wireless and internet services
Compensation
