Job Summary HYBRID SCHEDULE Join our dynamic inside sales team as an Inside Phone Sales Representative, focusing on upselling to existing customers. In this energetic role, you will leverage your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and present tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Your proactive approach will drive revenue growth by maximizing current customer accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling efforts. Responsibilities * Engage with current customers via outbound calls to promote additional products and services that meet their evolving needs * Use consultative sales techniques to identify opportunities for upselling and increase customer lifetime value * Build rapport with customers through active listening, effective communication, and personalized service * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM software such as Salesforce * Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to understand product offerings and promotional campaigns * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions promptly * Achieve individual sales targets by employing negotiation skills and a proactive outreach approach Requirements * Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales roles * Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills essential for building trust and closing deals * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines * Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies preferred * Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently, including warm calling to existing customers * Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, for clear communication * Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Experience with marketing initiatives and understanding of market trends beneficial Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional value through strategic upselling.
