Dey Distributing is an established and successful appliance and HVAC parts company seeking a reliable, friendly Sales Associate. To perform this job you must be comfortable with computers, answering phones, have great customer service skills and work well with others. Responsibilities: * Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service * Greet customers as they enter the facility * Inform customers of promotions available to them * Provide information to customers about the company's product and services * Assist customers in selecting the products and services to best meet their needs * Manage customer information using a computer database system * Address customers' questions and concerns both in person and via phone or email * Place orders using a computer database system * Stock shelves and pick parts for orders Required Qualifications: * Ability to work well as part of a team * Customer service orientation * Good verbal and written communication skills * Computer proficiency * Attention to detail * A willingness to learn * Ability to pass a background check and drug test Preferred Qualifications: * Previous sales experience * HVAC knowledge/experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Coon Rapids, MN 55433 (Required) Work Location: In person
