As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals with businesses eager to showcase their products and services to a highly engaged audience. Job Description: Position: Inside Sales Account Executive - "Best of" Contest Advertising Location: Downtown Salem Oregon Employment Type: Full-time, no weekends or evenings! Key Responsibilities: * Identify and research potential advertisers within designated territories associated with "Best of" contests. * Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to initiate conversations with prospective clients. * Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand advertisers' needs and present tailored advertising solutions. Relationship Management: * Cultivate strong relationships with advertisers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the advertising campaign lifecycle. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns and meet client expectations. Sales Strategy and Execution: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. * Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure advertising commitments. * Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. Market Analysis and Insight: * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to advertising and local contests. * Analyze sales data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement. Preferred Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in inside sales, advertising sales, or related roles preferred. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to changing priorities. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets. * Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of advertising markets and Best of contest industry is a plus.
