About the Role: Homes with Hammond - RE/MAX Professionals is excited to announce growth within our team and is seeking a licensed Nevada Real Estate Professional to join us as a Buyer's Agent and Part-Time Office Assistant. This position is structured as a 1099 contractor role offering commission opportunities on buyer transactions alongside guaranteed pay for administrative tasks. As a team member on the Homes with Hammond Team, this candidate will receive extensive support in their role as a Real Estate Professional and there is ample room for advancement as the team grows. Key Responsibilities: This role encompasses a range of duties essential to supporting buyers throughout their home search and purchase process, as well as assisting with various administrative and transaction-related tasks. Buyer Agent Support: * Manage assigned buyer leads from the initial contact through closing. * Schedule and conduct property showings, inspections, and walkthroughs. * Write and negotiate purchase offers, working under team supervision. * Prepare materials for open houses and serve as the host. * Create and maintain tailored buyer property searches. Administrative & Transaction Tasks: * Enter new leads, buyers, and sellers into the team CRM system. * Track escrow processes and assist in managing transaction timelines. * Coordinate communications with title companies, lenders, vendors, and photographers. Marketing & Client Experience: * Create and schedule posts for social media platforms. * Prepare marketing materials for upcoming property listings. * Support ongoing monthly client-care campaigns. * Update marketing templates and guides as needed. * Assist in preparing neighborhood mailers and door-knocking lists.
