Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off License assistance available Weekly Development Free onsite gym and gaming area Free onsite downtown parking Home and work life balance Paid Holidays Collaborative Work Environment Bonus Opportunity Requirements Previous customer service experience is a plus. * A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred must obtain to start role. * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Must have ability to multi-task. * Problem-Solving Capabilities. * Strong communication skills, both oral and written. * Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations. * Be capable of handling customer rejection. * Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations. * Great Customer Service Skills. Responsibilities * Take premium payments from customers. * Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. * Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. * Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. * Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. * Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. * Generating insurance quotes. * Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. * Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. * Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. * Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
