If you want to be part of a company where relationships matter and quality leads the conversation, this role offers long-term upside and room to grow.Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with interior designers and luxury home builders. This role focuses on business development, specification sales, and long-term partnerships , primarily within new construction and high-end remodel projects.Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and luxury home builders * Call on new and existing accounts to generate and grow project pipelines * Present cabinetry solutions tailored to high-end residential projects * Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution * Track leads, follow up on opportunities, and manage projects through the sales cycle * Represent the company at local industry events, and networking opportunities Qualifications * Proven experience in sales within cabinetry, millwork, luxury construction, interior design, furniture or distribution partnerships * Strong understanding of new home construction and high-end remodeling workflows. * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently * Professional appearance and ability to interact with high-net-worth clients Preferred Experience * Existing relationships with designers or luxury builders * Knowledge of custom cabinetry or architectural millwork Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + commission (based on experience) * Growth opportunities within a luxury-focused company * Supportive team environment with strong operational backing Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
