Location: * Central US Region: ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH Purpose Drive short- and long-term profitable sales growth within an assigned geographical territory. Recruit, coach, and develop distributor relationships to expand market share. Provide product training and application support to distributors, ensuring they are equipped to sell and service SwapLoader products effectively. Maintain high-quality customer service standards and protect the interests of customers, employees, and shareholders. Essential Functions Leadership & Strategic Direction (35%) Provide strategic leadership for the assigned regional territory, setting clear objectives for sales growth, distributor development, and market penetration. Inspire, coach, and mentor distributor sales teams to achieve performance goals while modeling SwapLoaders culture, values, and commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service. Business Development & Distributor Growth (30%) Drive profitable sales growth by recruiting new distributors and strengthening relationships with existing partners. Identify emerging market opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to expand SwapLoaders presence and competitive position. Distributor Training & Market Positioning (20%) Lead the delivery of product and application training for distributors, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of SwapLoader products, services, policies, and competitive advantages. Equip distributors with the skills and tools necessary to effectively position and sell in their markets. Account Management & Technical Support (10%) Oversee distributor account management, including order generation for whole goods and service parts, timely payment collection, and assistance with quotations and product specifications. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and warranty support to maintain high service standards. Reporting & Corporate Engagement (5%) Submit accurate and timely sales and distributor reports, including sales funnel updates, trip summaries, and performance assessments. Represent SwapLoader at trade shows, factory training sessions, and corporate initiatives to promote brand presence and cross-functional alignment. Additional duties may be assigned as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing to meet organizational goals and priorities. Qualifications * Education: College degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent professional experience. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in truck or manufacturing equipment sales; account management experience a plus. * Leadership: Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills. * Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. * Other Requirements: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; creative thinker and self-motivated; ability to anticipate and resolve issues; must work effectively under pressure, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality; travel required.
