Business Development Representative - Territory Sales Location: Montgomery County & Prince George's County, MD Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission About the Role We are seeking a driven Territory Sales - Business Development Representative to expand our client base across Montgomery County and Prince George's County, MD. This role is focused on selling staffing services to construction, warehouse, and industrial clients. The right candidate is motivated, relationship-oriented, and skilled at creating opportunities in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage a sales territory covering Montgomery County and Prince George's County * Prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, and networking * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding workforce needs and providing customized staffing solutions * Partner with internal recruiters and operations staff to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction * Track sales activity, pipeline, and results in CRM * Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity goals Qualifications * 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or B2B services * Familiarity with the construction, warehouse, or industrial sectors is a plus * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to manage a territory and work independently while meeting company objectives * Proven track record of building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel What We Offer * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure * Career advancement opportunities within a growing company * Ongoing training and development programs * Supportive team culture and strong operational resources Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
