Royal Air is seeking a couple of Air Conditioning & Heating Comfort Advisors to meet in the homes of our Dallas , TX customers, must be bilingual in English and Spanish As a territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated geographic area. You will meet homeowners and provide them with multiple options and share with them information about their comfort system and explain to them the benefits, finance, return on investment, and indoor air quality. We provide 100% of sale leads, vehicle, cell phone, and gas card. We require you to attend our Sales team meeting headquartered in Houston every two weeks Responsibilities: * Run 2-5 leads per day. * Presents HVAC system replacement options; Offer-related and add-on products to maximize sales opportunities * Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction * Follow-up with customers on previous leads ran to offer any additional information the customers may need to close the deal * Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs. Job requirements include: * 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation style of work is preferred, prior HVAC industry is a plus * Fluent in english and spanish * You are required to come into our Houston office team meeting headquartered in Houston every two weeks * Provide excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills * Must be deadline and detail-oriented * Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. * Strong verbal and written communications. * Good presentation and public speaking skills. * Be Passionate and love the brand you are selling. * Have an outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Be Highly motivated with a great attitude Sales Associate Compensation * Bonus opportunity * Competitive commission pay * Holidays, and Vacation pay Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications Experience: * sales: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Required) * spanish (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
