Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive business development, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored product demonstrations for the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, territory management, and customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within assigned territories * Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking events * Manage existing accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting * Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to clients * Utilize CRM software such as Bullhorn to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance for analysis and reporting * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively * Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts * Support the management team in developing territory management strategies and sales forecasts Experience * Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or Staffing sales with a minimum of three years of relevant experience * Demonstrated success in managing territory sales and developing new business opportunities * Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Bullhorn or similar platforms * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric mindset * Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand awareness * Ability to analyze sales data for strategic decision-making and territory optimization * Prior experience in retail or direct sales environments is advantageous * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse audiences Join us in shaping the future of our industry through innovative sales strategies and exceptional client service.
