Your To-Do List as a Sales Account Manager * Engage directly with customers to understand their wireless needs, recommend AT&T solutions, and deliver an exceptional experience that builds trust and loyalty. * Present and promote AT&T products and services through consultative sales techniques, ensuring each client receives a plan that fits their lifestyle and budget. * Close sales and manage customer accounts with professionalism, accuracy, and enthusiasm, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business. * Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members while maintaining an upbeat, service-oriented approach. * Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to refine your approach and continuously improve sales results. * Collaborate with management and other Sales Account Managers to develop and execute strategies that align with AT&T's brand standards and company growth goals. * Stay up to date on product launches, promotions, and industry trends to confidently represent AT&T's latest offerings. * Meet and exceed performance goals, demonstrating the drive and discipline to advance within N&S Wireless.
