Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team at Walker's Auto LLC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing inbound leads, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hybrid position that combines sales responsibilities with business development tasks, ensuring that leads are properly nurtured and converted into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities : * Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options. * Manage leads and follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales. * Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory and upcoming stock to ensure you can make the best recommendations to customers. * Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing terms to close deals. * Ensure customers have a positive and smooth purchasing experience from start to finish. BDC (Business Development Center) Responsibilities : * Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing high-level customer service. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership. * Follow up on past leads, missed appointments, and customer inquiries to re-engage them in the sales process. * Use CRM software to track lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up actions. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transition from the BDC to the showroom floor. Customer Retention and Relationship Building : * Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. * Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. * Encourage online reviews and referrals to help promote the dealership and build our reputation. Administrative Duties : * Update and maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM. * Assist with processing paperwork and finalizing sales transactions. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus. * Must be eligible and able to obtain a Sales Representative License (assistance available). * Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or business development is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service. * Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably) and Microsoft Office Suite. * A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing the highest level of service to customers.
