The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience and a demonstrated record of exceeding targets through consultative, relationship-based selling. Experience within the hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining sectors is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities * Develop, qualify, and convert leads within the professional hospitality and pastry sectors * Build and nurture long-term client relationships with chefs, purchasing teams, and hospitality buyers * Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to introduce products, collections, and special programs * Present and recommend tailored solutions from our premium catalog * Manage the full sales cycle in HubSpot CRM -- from lead qualification to order follow-up and after-sales support * Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize customer engagement and conversion strategies * Track and report sales performance and pipeline development Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in premium, luxury, or hospitality sectors * Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French or Spanish is a plus) * Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills * Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) * Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset * Passion for gastronomy, hospitality, or luxury craftsmanship What We Offer * Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions * Professional growth opportunities in a high-end, design-oriented environment * A collaborative culture built on trust, creativity, and excellence * Continuous training and product education If you have a passion for refined craftsmanship, hospitality, and premium client service -- and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment -- we would love to hear from you.
