Online Sales Associate Job Description: Photos will need to be edited and uploaded to Dropbox with a video of each item. Each item will require detail-oriented photos. Displays will need to be created, items cleaned, organized, and filed after being uploaded. Responsible for keeping our eBay inventory organized. Keep shelves and drawers organized and clean. Complete quarterly inventory of all items that are listed in our eBay store. Minimum of 20 items to be listed weekly on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. Items must be researched, photographed, and uploaded to each site. Answer all prospective buyers' questions, schedule times for buyers to pick up items, etc. Any special projects that management or sales associates might need help with. Skills & Qualifications * Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. * A self-starter who can work independently while staying accountable. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Tech savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly. * Research skills to support product descriptions, pricing, and sales strategies. * Experience with online selling platforms including eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, and Posh mark preferred. * Ability to create professional, detailed photographs and edit them for consistency across platforms. * Marketplace experience and familiarity with easy-to-use selling platforms. Preferred Experience * Detailed photographs and photo editing. * eBay and Facebook Marketplace experience.
