Sales Support Associate Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for prospective Long Island customers, warmly greeting and qualifying leads to efficiently direct them toward the appropriate sales channel. * Confidently discuss and initiate the sales process for a variety of Frontier/telecom products and services, ensuring the initial customer experience is informative and positive. * Proactively identify customer needs and suggest initial product upgrades or complementary services to maximize customer value and drive preliminary sales. * Accurately prepare, process, and maintain essential sales contracts, service agreements, and customer account records using our CRM systems. * Serve as a critical link between other Sales Support Associates, inventory, and management to ensure timely fulfillment and seamless product delivery. * Assist in compiling weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends that impact sales effectiveness. * Manage customer and sales correspondence, schedule appointments, and organize meetings to keep the sales operations running smoothly and efficiently. * Recommend and implement minor process enhancements that increase the efficiency and accuracy of the sales support workflow. Sales Support Associate Qualifications: * Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role. * Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. * Prior experience as a Sales Support Associate is highly desirable. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Highly collaborative and self-motivated work ethic. * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a minimum of a High School Diploma.
