About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong understanding of the seafood industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage: Current company accounts, new company accounts, assigned territory, product categories, and species availability.
• Prepare/Update: Sales templates, order guides, promotional POS materials, marketing documents, spreadsheets, email groups, and company forms.
• Create/Streamline: Product sales activity, customer order entry, product promotions, item usage tracking, and delivery frequency schedules.
• Compute/Budget: Inventory par levels, forecast future item sales, plan customer visits, and optimize travel times.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the seafood industry
• Highly motivated, energetic, and organized
• Outgoing personality with excellent people skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management or Marketing focus)
