About the Role DNA Group is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and technical-minded Field Sales Representative (FSR) to drive sales growth for our electronic contract manufacturing partners. The FSR will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence and building strong customer relationships. The FSR works closely with Sales and Operations Leadership and serves as a critical contributor to top-of-funnel growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with clients, showcase innovative products and solutions, and develop strategic territory management skills. They will be asked to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our comprehensive EMS offerings, including PCB assembly, box build, and full product lifecycle support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the electronics or contract manufacturing sector, with a focus on consultative selling and territory management. This is a field-based position requiring travel within a defined territory to meet existing clients and prospects. The successful candidate's enthusiasm and expertise will help DNA Group achieve ambitious growth targets while delivering exceptional customer service. What You 'll Do * Conduct outside sales activities by visiting potential and existing clients within your designated territory to promote our products and services. * Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking to expand our customer base. * Conduct account and contact research to personalize messaging and establish credibility. * Engage target accounts and key decision-makers aligned with our ideal customer profile through networking, cold calling, and industry events. * Facilitate in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase our manufacturing capabilities. * Qualify prospects by understanding business challenges, requirements, timelines, and stakeholders. * Proactively generate new RFQs by nurturing qualified leads and leveraging industry networks to expand the sales pipeline. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in electronics contract manufacturing to identify opportunities and provide feedback to leadership. * Business travel as required (up to 50%) What We 're Looking For * Highly organized, resilient, and results oriented. * 5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting of OEMs in need of electronic contract manufacturing services. * Proven success in meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets in a B2B environment, with a focus on complex, technical products or services. * High energy with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to engage professionally with senior-level stakeholders. * Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach). * Technical background/aptitude preferred Preferred Qualifications * Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, technical, or consultative sales environments. * Familiarity with complex buying cycles and multi-stakeholder sales. * Bachelor's degree (technical preferred) or equivalent professional experience. * Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, including integrated assemblies (PCBAs, plastics, metals) What We Offer * Collaborative, performance-driven sales culture. * Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. * Clear metrics, coaching, and development support. * Defined career path into Account Executive, Inside Sales, or Sales Leadership roles.
