POSITION: We're looking for an outgoing people-focused Sales & Customer Service Associate to help new clients discover the benefits of stretching and support our growing member community. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail * Must have proficient computer skills RESPONSIBILITIES: * Educate clients on our memberships and packages * Handle scheduling, check-ins, and follow-up communications * Maintain a clean, organized, and positive studio environment * Support sales goals through phone, text, and in-person outreachprovider. * Present available services to current or prospective members * Ensure studio is clean and tidy COMPENSATION & PERKS: * Competitive compensation based on experience. * Free StretchLab membership. * Opportunity for commission paid on sales. * Opportunity for bonus based on performance. * Paid Time Off. * Free Gym Membership.
