Motorworld Powersports & Golf Cars is one of the fastest-growing golf cart and LSV dealership groups in New England, with locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are expanding quickly and building a strong presence in the Rhode Island market. Our North Kingstown, RI location is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to help grow retail sales, build long-term customer relationships, and represent the Motorworld brand year-round. This is a career opportunity with significant growth potential and strong earning capability. What You 'll Do

• Greet and engage showroom customers; identify needs and recommend the right golf cart or utility vehicle
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery
• Actively promote and sell service work, repairs, winter storage, and custom accessories
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups within our CRM
• Stay knowledgeable on inventory, product features, financing options, and ongoing promotions
• Assist with showroom layout, merchandising, and vehicle staging
• Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
• Attend local events, shows, and expos as a brand ambassador for Motorworld in the Rhode Island area
• Provide input and ideas to improve sales processes and dealership performance What We 're Looking For
• 3-5 years of sales experience (powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or similar preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Proven capacity to sell both products and services
• High level of self-motivation with a goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital tools
• Weekend availability required (peak customer traffic hours)
