Overview: Vann York Automotive Group is currently hiring for a Customer Service/Service BDR. This position works in a fast-paced atmosphere and is responsible for making outgoing calls and setting appointments for potential business. Responsibilities : * Maintain a daily average of 100 outgoing calls. * Call previous day's showroom ups. * Take new car phone ups. * T. O. phone calls on all customers that don't appoint (pricing and availability). * Call all unsold prospects * Answer all overflow fast ring calls. * Confirm appointments. * Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads * Maintain open communication with the Internet Manager and Sales Managers. * Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership's interest when communicating with customers.
