This full-time, entry-level role is built for candidates who want to grow in sales, customer service, and account management while representing advanced fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications services. Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Associate * Present fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications solutions to customers face-to-face * Assist with service enrollments, activations, billing inquiries, and plan upgrades * Deliver excellent customer service and sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction * Track and update customer accounts, enrollment activity, and sales records * Promote bundled packages and promotions to meet and exceed sales goals * Collaborate with teammates and managers to achieve sales, service, and account management targets * Stay current on telecommunications products, fiber internet promotions, and wireless technology As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to explain service options, guide them through enrollments, activations, upgrades, and billing support, and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
