Inside Sales Representative Location: Great Falls, Montana Company: NorMont Equipment Co. Website: nmeqco.com NorMont Equipment Co. is seeking a highly motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential to supporting our sales operations and focuses on a specialized segment of equipment and parts. We are looking for an energetic, driven individual who values customer satisfaction and wants to contribute to a dynamic, growing organization. Key Responsibilities * Generate and develop new customer accounts through cold-calling and in-person introductory visits * Demonstrate outstanding follow-up skills * Retain, understand, and effectively communicate detailed product knowledge to prospective customers * Prepare accurate cost worksheets, sales quotes, presentations, and bid specifications * Maintain customer information, appointments, and opportunities within the company CRM system * Attend trade association meetings and shows within and outside the territory to promote NorMont Equipment 's products and services * Ability to travel occasionally as required * Submit required documentation including expense reports, sales pipelines, forecasts, and contracts * Contribute to advertising initiatives * Create and manage social media posts to promote company products, services, and brand awareness * Create, update, and manage advertisement listings for equipment * Inspect and receipt new equipment and chassis upon arrival * Perform other duties as needed Qualifications * Highly competitive nature, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong work ethic * 2 -3 years of sales experience * Knowledge of government and municipal sales preferred * Experience with municipal and truck equipment products a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) * Comfortable using computers and CRM systems * Ability to pass a drug test Compensation & Benefits * Schedule: Monday -Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm * 401(k) program with company match * 5 days of paid time off after 1 year * 7 paid holidays after 1 year * Health insurance with 80% of employee-only premiums paid by the company Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
