Position Overview The Sales Ambassador role is a high-energy, commission-only position designed for motivated self-starters who want flexibility, high upside, and a chance to grow with a rising beverage brand. Sales Ambassadors introduce Innerbloom to retail stores, gyms, bars, cafes, events, and other strategic wholesale partners. The role blends sales, relationship-building, light merchandising, and optional event support. This role is ideal for: * People who love building relationships * Hustlers and go-getters * College students with strong social networks * Sober/sober-curious individuals who support the wellness movement * High-commission sales personalities * Anyone who wants to be part of a fast-growing startup with future full-time opportunities What You 'll Do Wholesale Sales (Primary Task) * Open new wholesale accounts (retail, on-premise, gyms, cafes, bars, specialty shops, convenience stores, etc.) * Drive reorder volume and maintain relationship quality * Visit accounts monthly to ensure strong merchandising and placement * Drop off samples, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for expansion * Drop off orders in person to manage relationship * Log all activity, visits, and photos in the CRM Optional: Event Sales & Sampling (Hourly Pay Provided) * Support pop-ups, festivals, and in-store samplings * Set up small demo stations and talk to customers about the product * Help drive DTC signups and social engagement * Lift, restock, and manage product during events (20-30 lbs) Brand Building * Be the face of Innerbloom in your region * Promote the brand authentically within your network * Distribute DTC discount codes and drive online sales What We Provide * Free Innerbloom product allocations * Merch, apparel & sales materials * Full training & ride-alongs * CRM access & support * Opportunities for festival work, events, and content features * Performance-based bonuses * Future growth opportunities (team leads, full-time roles, regional management) What You Need * A personal vehicle * Ability to carry 20 -30 pounds * Strong communication skills * Self-motivated, resilient, and consistent follow-through * Belief in the alcohol-alternative movement and Innerbloom's mission * Willingness to work flexible hours (10-40 hours/week based on goals) * Optional evening/weekend availability for events No prior sales or beverage experience required -- we care more about your drive, energy, and willingness to grow with us.
