Business Developer (B2B Sales) - Full Time Location: Miami, FL Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Developer to help grow our presence in the market through outbound sales, relationship-building, and strategic networking. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is comfortable being out in the field, opening doors, building connections, and generating new business opportunities. If you thrive in outbound sales and enjoy face-to-face interactions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate new business through cold calling, cold emailing, and in-person visits
- Develop and "farm" a defined market area, building long-term B2B relationships
- Visit offices, firms, and partners to introduce our services and build partnerships
- Identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities
- Follow up consistently and manage outreach pipelines
- Represent the company at industry events, networking events, and trade-related gatherings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Track activity and results using CRM or internal tools
Requirements
- 3 -5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong experience with outbound sales (cold calling, cold emailing, in-person prospecting)
- Comfortable with face-to-face sales and relationship-driven B2B environments
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Willingness to attend networking and industry events as part of the role
- Prior sales experience is required Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in business development within construction, interior design, real estate, or related industries
- Existing network within the local B2B or design/construction community What We Offer

Compensation
: $60,000 - $80,000 + Commissions
