Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Reside within the Des Moines, Iowa area. Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Allstate insurance products. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Allstate insurance policies. Schedule qualified appointments for licensed agents. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
