NuDevco Retail, LLC is a reporting owner in SEC Filings and owns 100% of Via Renewables Inc (NASDAQ: VIA) Job Summary The Sales Trainer, Outbound Sales is responsible for delivering onboarding, coaching, and continuous training programs for Commercial Energy Advisors. This role ensures new hires and tenured reps are equipped with the skills, product knowledge, scripts, and compliance guidance required to succeed in outbound retail energy sales. The Trainer will lead structured onboarding classes, daily skill-development sessions, script drills, and call review workshops. This individual will partner closely with Sales Leadership, QA, Compliance, and Operations to maintain a consistent, high-performing sales floor with strong execution from every rep. Summary of Essential Job Functions * Deliver onboarding training for new hires including call flow, product knowledge, compliance, CRM/dialer use, and objection handling * Conduct ongoing daily or weekly training blocks to reinforce skills, scripts, and performance expectations * Facilitate role-play sessions, call listening labs, and live coaching to elevate sales effectiveness * Develop and update training materials, scripts, guides, and reference tools for Commercial Energy Advisors * Partner with QA to identify trends, performance gaps, and training needs based on call evaluations * Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align training content with performance KPIs and business goals * Track training progress, attendance, and development for new hires and existing reps * Support the rollout of new systems, scripts, compliance requirements, and operational updates * Maintain a strong understanding of retail energy markets, supplier rules, contract structures, and competitive landscape to ensure accurate training delivery * Ensure all training aligns with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards Minimum Requirements * 3+ years outbound call center, training, sales leadership, or coaching experience * Demonstrated success training or developing high-performing outbound sales teams * Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills * Ability to translate complex topics into simple, actionable teaching * Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to plan, deliver, and adjust training programs based on performance trends * Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Abilities Required * Ability to meet highest attendance requirements * Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently * Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc * Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during training sessions * Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines * All candidates must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
