As an Enterprise Account Executive , you'll join a high-performing team built for velocity and excellence.You'll target large-scale SaaS organizations (typically 500+ employees) and run strategic, multi-threaded sales cycles with executives across Customer Success, RevOps, and Revenue.If you're a consultative seller ready to close meaningful deals in a market that's redefining customer success -- this is your opportunity to make a major impact. Job Title : Enterprise Account Executive Classification : Exempt Reports to : Team Lead, Enterprise Sales Location : Hybrid - Washington, D.C., US-based preferred Target Salary Range : $100k to $120 annual base salary Target OTE Range : $200k to $230k annual OTE target *What You 'll Do * Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close for enterprise accounts (average ACV $125K+) * Generate and manage pipeline through a mix of inbound qualification and self-sourced outbound prospecting * Orchestrate internal resources across Solutions Consulting, Product, and Leadership -- maintaining ownership of deal strategy and progression while leveraging cross-functional expertise. * Lead executive-level discovery and champion-building conversations with CS, RevOps, and Revenue leaders * Drive deal momentum using structured methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler) and maintain CRM precision * Deliver accurate forecasts and execute with operational discipline * Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas *What You 'll Bring * 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, including success with enterprise-level customers (500+ employees) * Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals * Strong command of discovery, value mapping, and executive storytelling * Operational fluency in forecasting, deal pacing, and CRM hygiene * Familiarity with (or a desire to master) structured sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler * Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a consultative approach to customer engagement * AI fluency is a plus -- we're innovating in this space and need sellers who think forward Why Join Us * Culture of Excellence -- We're a team of elite sellers who take pride in our craft.
