PM Shift (1:30 pm - 9:00 pm): Starting at $21.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus! ROLE: * Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling - all leads are provided). * Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions. * Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection. * Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner. * Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately. * Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
