Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Roof Inspector to join our team and support quality assurance and safety inspections on roofing projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in construction, quality control, and site analysis to gain hands-on experience in the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working safely on construction sites. No prior roofing experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. This position offers a pathway to develop skills in construction inspection, blueprint reading, and construction management.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofing projects to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality specifications
• Collect and analyze data related to roof conditions, materials, and workmanship
• Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project scope and specifications
• Document inspection findings accurately through reports and photographs
• Assist in identifying potential issues or defects early in the construction process
• Support quality control processes by verifying adherence to contracts and project requirements
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, observations, and corrective actions taken Experience
• Construction or construction site experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for all necessary skills
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction management concepts is a plus
• Strong analysis skills with attention to detail are essential for accurate inspections
• Knowledge of quality control and quality inspection practices within construction projects is advantageous
• Ability to interpret data collection results and apply findings effectively on-site
