Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers
• Deliver customized insurance and financial solutions that fit each client's needs
• Proactively grow your client base through networking and referrals
• Schedule appointments and promote a wide range of State Farm Insurance and financial products
• Work closely with team members to provide outstanding customer service in an upbeat, positive environment What We Offer:

Qualifications

:

• Must have, or be able to obtain, all required State Farm licenses within 30 days of hire
• Driven and enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
