Elements Massage in Roseville is looking for a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all our clients every time they enter the studio. Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan, following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program. Being the first and last face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in studio. Ensuring the client intake paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate. Working as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of our world. *Team members can earn a monthly commission for Wellness Program sales You're our ideal candidate if you're an engaging, outgoing, and attentive team player. Skills: * Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program * The right candidate must enjoy talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and perspective clients. * Good attitude and willingness to learn Qualifications: *MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. *MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO APPLY. * Prior retail sales experience preferred, but not required * Customer service experience is a plus, especially if coming from a spa-like setting * Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easytolearn computer programs. * Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client. * Pay is $15 an hour * Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers * One complimentary monthly massage at the studio with a therapist of your choice $500.00 referral bonus!!!! If you refer a massage therapist to our facility after being hired, you will receive a referral bonus of $500.00. For therapists who remain with Elements for a period of 90 days during their employment with the company. This bonus will be awarded to both you and the therapist you recommended.
