Responsibilities: * Promote our commercial and residential services to insurance agents for properties that have been damaged by water. * Help our customers through the water damage cleanup process. * Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer's satisfaction. * Develop scope of work and work plan for water crews to complete. * Monitor progress of job from start until collection. * Ensures work done by technicians is in keeping with IICRC and RRSC guidelines. * Supervise work on assigned job sites. Requirements: * Arrive at customer site as the first responder for our company. * Inspect site and present solutions to the customer. * Be the point contact for the customer and insurance agent throughout the project. * A valid driver's license. * Sales experience, preferably in the restoration or service industry. * Strong customer service focus. * Excellent communication skills. * Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
