As a growing, locally owned residential roofing and restoration company, we're looking for driven and dependable Outside Sales Representatives to join our high-performance team. The Role: When severe weather strikes, many homeowners don't know where to turn. That's where you come in. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines--inspecting roofs, identifying storm damage, and helping property owners navigate the insurance restoration process. This is not a technical estimating position. You won't be negotiating with insurance carriers or writing scopes of work. Instead, your focus is on building trust with homeowners, pointing out damage, and helping them take the next step with our expert internal team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct exterior property inspections to identify storm-related damage * Document findings and educate homeowners about our services * Explain how our team assists with the insurance process * Secure customer commitments and guide them through the onboarding process * Attend insurance adjuster meetings to point out previously discovered damage What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years of proven success in sales, ideally in a commission-based environment * Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills * Highly motivated and organized, with a self-starter mindset * Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors * Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits: * Base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $105,000-$170,000+) * Company vehicle and gas card provided * Paid time off * 401(k) with employer contribution * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Career growth opportunities in sales, logistics, and leadership * Ongoing paid training and professional development Why Join Rhino-Back Roofing?
