Company Description Garage Headquarters is a leading provider of residential and commercial garage door solutions, known for our commitment to quality workmanship, exceptional service, and long-lasting customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our sales team to help drive new business and support our expanding customer base. * Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, comfortable with outreach and prospecting, and excited to play a key part in generating new revenue opportunities for the company. This position focuses on inbound lead management , outbound prospecting , and building relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers and builders. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales * Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, web, email, and social channels * Educate potential customers on garage door products, services, and solutions * Create and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and work orders * Coordinate site visits and service appointments for field technicians * Maintain a high conversion rate through consultative selling and follow-up Business Development & Prospecting * Identify and research potential residential sales opportunities * Conduct outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach to generate new leads * Build relationships with builders, contractors, HOAs, property managers, and real estate professionals * Maintain a structured prospecting pipeline using CRM tools * Assist in developing targeted outreach campaigns and partnerships Customer Relationship Management * Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity logs * Follow up on quotes and open opportunities to drive deal closure * Ensure a positive customer experience from inquiry to installation Qualifications * 1-3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer service experience (construction industry experience preferred but not required) * Strong communication skills--both written and verbal * Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling * Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, etc.) * Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented * Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly to customers * Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Additional Information We hire individuals who are looking for a career and not just a job.
