NOW HIRING: Inside Sales / Listing Specialist I Leadership Track OpportunityJoin Simply List Now is the listing-focused division of Home Offer 365 , currently marketing off-market opportunities to buy homes nationwide. Approximately 80% of our inbound leads are retail leads that needed to converted to listing opportunities , creating a strong, consistent pipeline. We are now looking for the right candidate to take ownership of this department , lead from the front, and help scale our ISA team as we expand across the East Coast, South, and Midwest. This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone who wants more than just a seat on the phone--it's a chance to manage, improve, and eventually lead. Location : Lebanon PA Multi-State Operations (FL, NC, SC, GA, TX, PA, OH, KY, TN + expansion markets) Compensation & Earnings On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000 -$75,000+ annually Leadership Upside Available Pay Structure: * Base + commision * Performance-based bonuses * Expected volume: 30-40 listing opportunities per month * Paid weekly * Commison paid after closing * Weekend bonuses available Future Growth: * Management track for the right candidate * Override compensation on additional ISA agents as the team scales * Increased responsibility = increased earnings * Leadership opportunity earning $100K+ Schedule * 40-45 hours per week * 8-9 hour shifts EST Time zone * Some evening availability (5-8 PM) * Optional weekend shifts (bonus eligible) What You 'll Do * Handle inbound seller leads and convert them into listing appointments * Spend 80-90% of your time on the phone * Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the selling process * Follow proven scripts, systems, and KPIs * Manage CRM, pipeline, and follow-up * Participate in training, coaching, and role play * Help improve systems and results as the department grows Who We 're Looking For * 2+ years of inside sales * 2+ Real estate or listing experience * Strong communication and objection-handling skills * Comfortable with accountability, metrics, and performance tracking * Coachable, competitive, and dependable * Someone who wants ownership , not just a job What We Provide * Inbound leads only -- no cold calling * Proven scripts, systems, and CRM * Full-time, long-term opportunity * Paid Time Off & company-paid holidays * Clear advancement path into management * Performance-driven culture with real upside Why Simply List Now We don't hire seat-fillers.
